Accurate Metallizing, Inc.

Established in 1985 in Oak Lawn, Illinois, Accurate Metallizing, Inc. was started as a small repair shop, serving industrial customers, using thermal spray coatings. The company evolved into mainly volume production, with some repair capabilities, using specialty hard face coatings (amorphous materials, carbides, and ceramics), along with advanced polymer materials.

Accurate Metallizing, Inc. is proud to be a member of ASM (American Society of Metals), SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers), and Thermal Spray Society (A branch of ASM).

Mission Statement: Accurate Metallizing, Inc. will engineer, develop and apply surface coatings for the purpose of:

Improving our customer's productivity and profits by reducing or eliminating the damaging effects of heat, corrosion or wear
Totally changing surface characteristics to meet customer specifications (conductivity, dielectric, lubricity, traction)
Improving performance in aggressive environments
Restoring worn parts to new or better than new condition
